1. Scope and Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to games, applications, websites, and related services published or provided by SpriteGames (collectively, the “Services”). “SpriteGames,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer or publisher identified as SpriteGames on the applicable store listing. If an app displays an additional privacy notice, that notice supplements this policy and controls for that app where the notices differ.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on the Service, platform, device settings, and features you choose, we may process:
- Gameplay and app activity: progress, scores, achievements, preferences, feature interactions, and virtual items. Some or all of this data may remain only on your device.
- Device and technical information: device type, operating system and app version, language, approximate region, IP address, crash reports, performance data, and diagnostic logs.
- Identifiers: app-instance, installation, device, advertising, or platform identifiers where permitted and used by a particular Service.
- Purchase information: product purchased, transaction status, and receipt or entitlement information. Payment credentials are processed by the app store or payment provider, not by us.
- Advertising and analytics information: ad impressions, interactions, attribution, campaign data, and usage events where a Service includes ads or analytics.
- Information you provide: your email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send when contacting support, entering a promotion, or using an optional feature.
Not every Service collects every category above. A Service that does not transmit data off your device does not cause SpriteGames to collect that local data.
3. Device Permissions
A Service may request access to device features only when needed for a feature you choose, such as photos, camera, microphone, notifications, or location. The permission prompt and app listing provide additional context. You can withdraw permission in your device settings, although the related feature may stop working.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and save Service functionality; authenticate or restore purchases; operate customer support; troubleshoot crashes and improve performance; understand and improve features; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; show and measure advertising where applicable; comply with law; and enforce our terms. Where required, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligations as the applicable legal basis.
5. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate a particular Service, such as app stores, hosting providers, cloud-save providers, analytics services, crash-reporting tools, customer-support tools, and advertising networks. These providers may process data under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of a Service.
We do not sell personal information for money. If a Service uses data for targeted advertising or activity that applicable law defines as “sharing,” “selling,” or “tracking,” we will provide required disclosures and choices, including platform permission prompts where applicable.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including support, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention varies by data type and Service. Data stored only on your device generally remains until you reset the Service or delete it. Device or cloud backups may retain a copy under your platform provider’s policies.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage permissions, notifications, advertising choices, and some local data through the Service or device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us and identify the Service and device/platform involved. We may need information to verify and fulfill your request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience unless an app listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Where a Service is directed to children, we apply age-appropriate protections and obtain parental consent when required. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. International Processing and Security
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes when required.
